The recipes used here have been perfected over time and tested, so that I am confident you’ll enjoy them. We were the first to introduce the big plate-size flapjack. Many have copied it, but none can match my time tested recipes for French Toast (you gotta try it), our homemade biscuits and my real sausage gravy or our homemade Chile Verde, tacos, chorizo and eggs to name a few.
