Pio Pico’s Tacos was founded by George Tamayo, a Southern California native with a passion for creating quality and authentic Mexican food. The menu is influenced by the food that was served at the family table.
We use a mesquite grill to give our beef and chicken an authentic south of the border smokey taste. Other meats are slow cooked and infused with flavor in-house. All salsas, rubs and sauces are made from scratch daily.
