Official Rules & Terms

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By participating in the 2025 Restaurant Month Passport Giveaway (“Promotion”), entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of GoCal and its affiliated partners (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older as of July 11, 2025.
• Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and/or those living in the same household) of GoCal, its affiliates, Toyota Arena, participating restaurants, event partners, and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate or win.
• Limit one (1) entry per person.

2. How to Enter

• From July 11 to July 30, 2025, participants must:
  1. Pick up an official Restaurant Month Passport at one of five designated pickup locations throughout Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga.
  2. Visit 10 out of 20 participating restaurants, make a purchase of any amount (no prix fixe menu or minimum required), and receive a stamp from each restaurant on the passport.
  3. Submit the completed passport (10 stamps) to any of the five passport drop-off locations by 5:00PM PST on July 30, 2025.
• Incomplete, illegible, or tampered passports will be disqualified.

3. Prize

• Grand Prize (1 winner): Two (2) tickets to every ticketed event at Toyota Arena between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026. Events include but are not limited to: concerts, Ontario Reign games, Empire Strykers matches, and family entertainment events.
• Tickets are subject to availability and Toyota Arena event schedule. Tickets are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be resold.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all validly submitted and completed passports.
• The drawing will take place on or about August 5, 2025.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at time of passport submission. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

5. Conditions & Disclaimers

• By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and/or submitted materials for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or damaged entries.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

6. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless GoCal, Toyota Arena, participating restaurants, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

7. Governing Law

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All disputes arising from this Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
