(ONTARIO, California, February 18, 2025) – Kelsie Woodward has been named Director of Marketing and Communications for Greater Ontario California (GOCAL), Toyota Area and the Ontario Convention Center.
Woodward comes to GOCAL from St. Louis, where she served in various sales and marketing capacities for Oak View Group, a premier arena and venue management firm. While there, she developed and implemented strategic marketing campaigns for the Saint Louis Music Park and Centene Community Ice Center, managed marketing and promotional strategies for Chaifetz Arena and coordinated sales campaigns for Cable Dahmer Arena.

Woodward’s hiring comes as both Toyota Arena and the Convention Center are about to undergo significant expansion. Work is underway on Phase 1 of a new entertainment district around the area, which will include dining options, bars and event programming. The Ontario Convention Center, meanwhile, will double the size of its event and hall space and add a 50,000-square-foot outdoor plaza.
GOCAL also will help manage the Ontario Sports Empire and professional baseball stadium, set to open in 2026. The Ontario Sports. The 190-acre complex will be the largest of its kind west of Rockies.

Prior to her work with Oak View Group, Woodward was Sales and Promo Intern for Cumulus Media and the Chiefs Radio Network in Mission, Kansas, and Production Assistant for the Southern Illinois Miners Baseball Club.
She received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas.
