September 16 & 17, 2022 – Celebrating Nine Years!
ONTARIO, California (Monday, September 12, 2022) – Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion®, powered by the Greater Ontario Convention & Visitors Bureau, is ready to roll into Southern California’s historic downtown Ontario. The 9th annual event will take place on September 16 & 17, 2022. There is something for everyone – with classic cars, food and retail vendors, live concerts on two stages and a fun zone for kids of all ages! Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion® is a two-day Classic Car Show, spanning over 22 city blocks of historic downtown Ontario on Euclid Avenue from “B” Street to “I” Street. With excellent weather predictions a crowd of more than 150,000 is expected!

CLASSIC CARS
Over 1,000 Classic Cars will participate in “Crusin” the city streets in addition to parking with a show and shine. Pre-registration was up 16.6% this year and day of registrations at Ontario Convention Center is expected to take the number of classic cars over 1,000. The oldest vehicle at this time registered is a 1914 Buick B24. Followed by a 1929 Model T. This is an amazing display of museum quality classic cars – be on the look out for some of the pre-1940 classic cars or the 1952 Kaiser! From muscle cars to special deluxe and Stylemasters, even a couple of VW Things, the collection is amazing.
FUN ZONE AND MORE
Visitors and the local community will enjoy the fun zone, including a seventy-five (75) foot high Ferris wheel. The new Harvest theme scavenger hunt is a 180-foot maze making its debut at Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion this year! The fun zone will include bouncers, a huge slide, and family pricing discount cards. The Peterson Museum will be on site with several interactive projects for kids. Stater Bros. Markets will be on site with their historic 1947 Diamond T Truck. The Auto Club Speedway will bring out their NASCAR vehicle and be on site to chat with the car enthusiasts.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
We are looking forward to a great event this year that will include a large variety of food vendors offering cuisine from around the world. The Ontario Firefighters will be on site Saturday grilling hamburgers for a local charity. You can’t miss Cruisin’ Cones – an ice cream truck with a huge cone of soft serve displayed on top to wet your appetite. New in 2022 – The Pit Stop Bar & Grill will be offering Breakfast Tacos on Saturday morning staring at 9am. Chef Daly Cruz with the Ontario Convention Center will be on site preparing these awesome tacos.
